Construction began in October 2025. A long awaited project for our family.

Started with a dream for our family to have a business in the Philippines. My wife, who is Filipino, found the land some ten years ago. As many Filipinos know buying and selling land can be an arduous process. And it was for us. Two children later and with a "just jump" attitude we started the construction with a ground breaking in October of 2025! My wife, Beverly, took on the lions share of the technical aspects of construction. From paperwork to blueprints to costs she took the lead. Me, I took on the aesthetics and financial logistics and more. Together as a team we are bringing this dream to life. We have a current target of completion in the third quarter of 2027!
